About

How It Started

Based in Calgary, Alberta, Harrison and Tanner both attended the University of Calgary  where they explored the intricacies of human behavior and societal structures. It became evident that the synergy between Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Sociology had the potential to inform unique and transformative insights for businesses. The spark of an idea emerged – a consulting firm that bridges the gap between these disciplines, and also brings distinctive, research-informed solutions to business practices.
